Chapter 372 - Chapter 372 An even more interesting new script

Watching his daughter suffer such inhuman torture, Hank Pym's psychological defenses finally crumbled.

He could sacrifice himself to protect the World, but he could never watch his only daughter die before his eyes.

"This is the answer I wanted, Hank."

Hearing these words, Darren cut off the current with satisfaction.

In his heart, Homelander silently gave Darren a thumbs-up for this move.

"Well done, baldy. Just like that, force him to write it out."

Everything was going according to Homelander's plan.

As long as Hank Pym wrote down the formula and Darren took it and left, Skynet's people lying in ambush outside would immediately act, taking the formula along with Darren's life.

This way, he would not only get the formula, but Hope would also be moved to tears of gratitude toward him.

Another win-win.

"Get him paper and a pen!"

Seeing his long-held wish about to be fulfilled, Darren's mind momentarily relaxed in his ecstasy.

But Hope's seemingly limp hands quietly reached for a hidden pocket at her waist, where there was a button-sized miniature electronic pulse generator...

With her resilient will, Hope maintained a sliver of consciousness. She knew that once her father handed over the formula, Darren would definitely kill them all immediately.

She quietly pressed the activation switch on the generator with her thumb.

"Zzzzzzt—!"

An invisible electromagnetic pulse wave erupted instantly with Hope as the center.

Darren, being the closest, bore the brunt of it.

"Ah!" Darren let out a terrified cry. The sudden pulse energy caused sparks to fly from his suit, and his whole body stiffened on the spot, completely losing the ability to move for a moment.

The mechanical tentacles locking Hope also automatically released.

Drawing on years of Agent training, Hope didn't pause for a second the moment she was free, charging directly at the two subordinates controlling Hank.

"Kill her!" one of the subordinates reacted quickly and shouted loudly.

Seeing their boss attacked, he released one of the mechanical arms controlling Homelander, and the laser emitter on the arm began to charge.

It locked onto the sprinting Hope.

"Damn it!"

Homelander cursed inwardly.

Just a little bit more! That old man Pym was about to start writing; couldn't this woman just wait quietly for a while?!

Now look at this—the formula wasn't written, and she put herself in danger instead.

But regardless, he couldn't let Hope die here.

If she died, Hank would definitely go completely insane, and Pym Particles would truly become a thing of the past.

Homelander moved.

He still restricted his physical functions to about twice that of an ordinary person, but he had top-tier fighting skills.

Homelander's shoulders suddenly dropped, and with incredible flexibility, he slipped half his body out of the mechanical arm's lock.

Pivoting on his right foot, his body spun like a top. With a force that combined hardness and softness, he delivered a heavy hand-chop to the Wasp warrior's carotid artery.

Thud.

The warrior's eyes rolled back, and he fell straight down.

The laser that was originally aimed at Hope shot directly at the ceiling lights.

Bang! Several large lights shattered, and the warehouse suddenly went dark.

Hope took the opportunity to rush forward, delivering a sharp roundhouse kick that slammed into the jaws of the two subordinates.

After knocking the two down, Hope looked at Homelander's impressive skills in shock.

She only knew Daniel was a Starr Group executive and a genius scientist, but she never expected him to have such terrifying combat skills!

"Don't just stand there! Hope! Go destroy their regulators!" Hank shouted from nearby.

At some point, he had taken several identical miniature electromagnetic pulse generators from the workbench.

Hope snapped out of it and immediately caught the pulse generators her father threw.

The father and daughter coordinated perfectly.

Taking advantage of the two warriors being concussed and falling to the ground, they pressed the pulse generators firmly onto the regulators at their waists.

Sizzle!

Another burst of sparks flew, even more severe this time. With the regulators completely damaged, the suit systems of several Wasp warriors became entirely useless.

They also lost consciousness due to the successive attacks.

The battle seemed to have turned around through their cooperation.

But just then...

"You all deserve to die!!!"

A furious roar exploded in the warehouse.

Darren had finally recovered from the paralysis of the electromagnetic pulse.

Rage had consumed his sanity.

He no longer cared about any formula or Pym Particles.

Right now, he only wanted to tear everyone in this room to shreds!

The four mechanical arms on Darren's back waved wildly, and the laser cannons poured fire toward Hope and Homelander.

"Watch out!"

Homelander pushed Hope aside.

Zzzzt—!

A laser grazed Hope's ankle and hit the ground, the high temperature instantly burning her skin.

"Ah!"

Hope cried out in pain and slumped to the ground, unable to stand.

"Hope!" Hank shouted in terror.

Darren sneered, the laser cannon muzzle once again aimed at the fallen Hope, preparing for a fatal blow.

"Your opponent is me, Darren!"

Homelander roared and charged at Darren without fear.

But he didn't use lethal force. Because Darren was still useful; the formula hadn't been obtained yet.

Therefore, he had to stall for time and devise a new script in the process.

In the battle, Darren made full use of the Wasp Suit's mobility, his body suddenly shrinking into a flying insect at the moment of attack to avoid Homelander's fist.

Then he circled around to Homelander's "blind spot," suddenly enlarged, and slammed a heavy punch into Homelander.

Homelander naturally let out a muffled groan, his body stumbling back a few steps.

Darren was relentless, alternating between large and small sizes, lasers and heavy punches.

Homelander appeared to be struggling, retreating step by step. While pretending to struggle with a passive defense, his mind was racing.

"How can I make Pym write down the formula willingly..."

While Homelander and Darren were fighting, Hank, who was anxiously looking for an opportunity, picked up a heavy titanium alloy partition.

He waited for the moment Darren shrunk his body, preparing for a surprise attack.

Bang!!!

A loud bang sent the ant-sized Darren flying, leaving him dazed.

"Daniel! Take this!"

Hank threw down the partition and grabbed the newly completed ant-man suit, tossing it to Homelander.

"Put it on, quick! Only with the same microscopic vision can you see his movements!" Hank shouted.

"It seems I have no choice but to wear this bodysuit today," Homelander caught the suit helplessly.

This new suit was designed very humanely, with a very loose surface.

Homelander didn't even need to take off his coat; he just stepped into the legs and arms directly.

"Press the red button on the chest!" Hank instructed.

Homelander pressed it as told.

Hiss—

The miniature air pump inside the suit started.

The originally loose suit quickly contracted, fitting tightly against Homelander's body.

The mask dropped.

Within his field of vision, various data streams flashed quickly across the HUD display.

[Pym Particle concentration detection: Normal.]

[Life support system activated: Normal.]

[spatial transformation regulator: Standby.]

At the moment he put on the suit, Homelander suddenly had a flash of inspiration!

A more interesting new script took shape in his mind.
