Very quickly, Wyper and the other finished opening the countless prison cells on the first level.
The first level of Impel Down wasn't just a single flat floor. It spiraled like a tornado, so the first level contained a vast number of cells, holding countless pirates.

The pirates began shouting on their own initiative.

"Mm." Kamakiri nodded.
The two of them then left.
The pirates stood there blankly, at a loss.

The second level was guarded by numerous jailer beasts, but now all of them had become corpses.
Buck and Camon appeared on this level.
"Please, save us!"

Just like on the first level, all kinds of shrill cries rang out when they appeared.
