PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM:
Everything was blurry, my mouth parched, my head ached unbearably so.
My clothes were tattered, my usual long gown was reduced to a short skirt with holes all round it and both my sleeves were gone and my shirt was basically torn open revealing my cleavage.
I was in a room, a small one, no form furniture in sight. In front of me was a large glass window and beyond that was almost a control room.
Like the inside of a large plane or a space ship, there were some empty seats at the bag then there were three infront with three different people on it.
There were large windows infront and from what I could tell, we were clearly moving, and fast.
I sprung up from the coal metal floor and to the window, slamming my hand against it, I said "Hey!! Can you get me out of here?!".
The pilot at the left looked back at me, her red eyes cold as ice at my sight. She had navy blue hair with a lighter shaded pale blue skin.
I could see her mouth some words but I heard no sound from it, I think the room i was in was soundproof.
The one in the centre, raised his right hand and the person to his side turned back towards me in.
Locking eyes with him momentarily, his red gaze looked sheepish almost like he was about to burst out into laughter at any moment and it was all the more emphasized by his ugly grin.
His skin was pale almost like a dead person, along with a weird Mohawk.
His hand stretched to the lower seats, the way it moved was almost or rather exactly like Jake.
He pulled out a small remote and gave it to the man in the centre who consequently turned around to face me completely.
He along with all his other companions wore these battle suits, there was a layer of black that was black that was skin tight then various golden plates and armour.
However the man in the centre not only wore that but he also wore a small golden mask which covered the top half of his face and a large black cloak.
The cloak covered the top of his head but his long brown hair was still visible and his golden eyes gave off an array of bloodlust that I've never felt before.
The man pressing a button on the remote finally said, "Princess Bubblegum, nice to speak with you".
His voice was condescending and cold but at the same time, it felt familiar.
"Who are you?? Where am I??".
"You're in a little ship and you're gonna answer a few questions for us".
"Why would I ever do that?!".
"Well you don't wanna die now, do you?", he said, his voice carried a level of amusement.
Standing my ground however I said, "Do you know who the fuck you're talking to?! My kingdom will des-".
"You no longer have a kingdom Bubblegum", he cut me off. "It's all gone".
"The hell do you mean!?".
A small hologram appeared in front of the window, taking some steps back my heart dropped. My kingdom, everything in it destroyed.
My people, some dead on the floor, some frantic and panicked and a large portion of them not there at all. Even the buildings were missing, either replaced by some random thing like snow or destroyed or nothing at all.
Only one of the Gumball guardians was there or at least the reminants of him.
"What's going on?!", I questioned, worry creeping in my voice.
"As I said Bubblegum, your kingdom is destroyed but don't worry we won't kill you. We just need some of your help".
"Go to hell!", I said glaring at him.
The man stood up calmly and slowly walked towards me until he was at the base of the window, "You know we had a little chat with your girl before talking to you".
"She had this same energy, we asked her for help but she wouldn't budge so we-".
"Where's Marceline?!".
He let out a smirk before pressing another button on his remote, the metal wall to my left became transparent and through it, I saw something that made me wanna vomit.
Marceline was stripped, her forearms and legs were gone, probably ripped off, brownish red tainted the floor, she was sat upright with her eyes closed.
I fell to my knees, tears enveloped in my eyes as I bellowed, "You monster! What have you done?!".
"Oh not to worry she isn't dead, that much wouldn't make her die", he said before crouching down to my eye level and saying "But we can keep testing more things".
JAKE THE DOG:
I went to bed with more questions than I did before, everything didn't just add up. It's not like we can just leave though, walking out into a seemingly endless blizzard like this would kill you.
I wonder how that guy even made it out alive, he is wearing some weird blue suit but I don't know.
Simon just keeps toying away with his little machine but it's not really bringing about anything. There's this aching feeling in my chest, I'm worried, unimaginable so.
I can't shake the feeling something is gonna happen to Finn, it can't be all be a coincidence. When we went into that small dungeon, Finn touched that thing and I saw all streaks of lightning envelop his body, the night this whole fiasco started, his eyes were glowing brightly. That isn't too normal for a human.
A voice screamed, it came from that other Finns room. I rushed over to see him laying up right in a cold sweat, Simon came not long after holding a glass of water.
"You okay dude?!", I asked.
"You?! Jake?!".
"Yeah bro relax, take some water", I said while passing him the cup.
He quickly chugged down the water and set the cup on the floor.
"What happened to you?? What's happening everywhere??".
He took a deep breath before saying, "I am Finn Mertens but not the one from this universe, I lived on a small farm with my family when the merge happened".
"The merge?!", Simon inquired.
"Yes, all the universes in the multiverse combined at a singular moment. My word, your world and so many others are combined in this unbalanced plane".
"That's what we call the merge, the sky brightened and before you know it, you're at a place you've never been before. It's such a perculiar phenomenon that the time it happens for me is probably different from yours".
"How many days has it been for you??", he asked.
"Uhh, about two days".
"That's short, it's been six months on my end. An organization was made not too long ago, we're trying to help find survivors while trying to find a solution to the problem kinda like an intergalactic federation".
"How's all this possible?!".
"It wasn't a natural phenomenon, we've pinpointed the issue to a specific person, or let me say a group of people. The man is named Yaeger, he's the one causing all this".
"He has a team of people and they've been wreaking havoc all over, they say that they're going to destroy the multiverse".
"They're also looking for Finn, thw one from your universe", his prosthetic arm pointing at the both of us.
"That's why they came after me. After the merge, I was part of the lucky few to make it out with all my family when the Intergalactic federation found me".
"Naturally, I decided to join them and find a solution but on one of my patrols with my team, we were attacked".
"I managed to teleport away using one of my gadget but not before seeing that beast kill off all my team".
"We were about ten but only i escaped and wondered until I came here".
"Why are they looking for Finn??", Simon questioned.
"I have no clue but we need to get to him to the Federation before Yaeger finds him, who knows what could happen".
"Where is he??", he questioned while looking at me.
"Finn…isn't here?", I said nervously.
"What?!", he said jumping off his bed.
"Weren't you with him when the merge was done?? It's the both of you, you were definetly with him".
"I don't know bro! He didn't spawn with me!".
"This is bad. This is real bad, we have to find Finn!".
FINN MERTENS:
My eyes opened sluggishly, a fire place illuminated the dark desert but it wasn't the only source of light.
My blue tinted body confused me for a second but I sat up to see an old friend or should I say my ex sitting back watching me.
"Hey Finn", she said calmly.
"Flame princess?!".
