· Not one school, but a confederated university system spanning continents. Think "Oxford meets Hogwarts meets the Jedi Temple, scaled to a universe."
· Structure by "Faculty" (Power System):
1. Faculty of Martial Arts & Cultivation (FMC): Teaches Ki/Chakra/Reiatsu/Nen cultivation, battle arts, body refinement.
2. Faculty of Mystical Arts (FMA): Teaches Force, Magic (D&D, Fairy Tail), Cursed Techniques (Jujutsu Kaisen), Alchemy.
3. Faculty of Technological & Mechanized Warfare (FTMW): Jaeger Piloting, Starship Command, Powered Armor Suit Operation, Mechanicus Bio-Forge Arts.

Ryosuke's progression will now be a structured climb through defined tiers, integrating Academy teachings.

2. Heroic-Tier: City block to mountain level. (Elite Academy students, Junior Officers).
3. Legendary-Tier: Country to continental level. (Senior Students, Fleet Captains, Major Characters).
4. Planetary-Tier: Can affect/destroy a planet.
5. Stellar-Tier: Solar system level.
6. Galactic-Tier: Galaxy level.
7. Cosmic-Tier: Universal/Multiversal level. (Primordial Entities, Star-Eaters).
Ryosuke starts the Academy at high Mortal-Tier (Limitless + basic sync). Kurokaze bond pushes his potential to Cosmic, but his effective output must be cultivated.
B. New Systems for Ryosuke to Learn:
1. Academy Battle Arts (ABA): A standardized, versatile martial system developed by the Federation. It incorporates principles from a hundred worlds: stances from Kung Fu, footwork from Soru (One Piece), joint locks from Jujutsu, pressure point strikes from Naruto. It's designed to work with any awakening, not replace it. Ryosuke will learn to integrate his Infinity into his footwork (making him untouchable) or his Red/Blue into his strikes (creating explosive impacts or suction grabs).
2. Neural-Cultivation Arts (NCA): The Federation's scientific approach to "cultivation." Instead of vague "ki gathering," it's a rigorous mental and physical discipline to:
· Expand Neural Bandwidth: To handle higher mech sync rates and complex power calculations.
· Refine Energy Purity: For Ryosuke, this means purifying and increasing the density of his Cursed Energy (CE). Metrics are in "CE Units."
· Strengthen Soul/Will Integrity: To resist psychic attacks, mental erosion from Warp/Kurokaze, and the strain of reality manipulation.
· Methods: Guided meditation in "Spirit-Simulation Chambers," consumption of "Energy-Condensing Pills" (refined from exotic matter), and "Will-Tempering" in psychic duels or hallucinogenic danger-rooms.
3. Mech Synchronization Grading:
