(Door lock clicks)
"Nobody is going out and no one is getting inside, I need you all to calm down" A military man speaking holding an M24 pointing at people.
"Funny speaking holding a gun to our faces" A fearless young man speaking while standing up facing him.
"Look, the situation is bad out there, we don't know what is going on, everybody just started biting themselves it's a total chaos, we cannot risk opening this hall, that's why I need you to calm down" (door bangs) A woman and a child shows up begging for the help.
"Please open the door, help us please" A young girl was 7 years old holding a teddy bear.
"I'm sorry we cannot do that, you will have to find another room for yourselves" A military man speaking.
"Please, she's just a child"
"She may be infected, there's no way I am opening the door" A fearless young man hit the military man from the back of his head so hard. As he fell down and fainted. A young man took the keys and opened the door
"Get inside now" A woman and a child got inside.
15 hours earlier
Early in the morning in a taxi a young man was heading to St. Thomas hospital with his sister. A young 15-year-old girl. The taxi stopped at the front of the hospital as they both got out and started walking inside slowly while holding hands.
A young girl seemed so happy, she was smiling her brother saw that.
"You seem happy Ayanna"
"Yes Milan after today I will be able to eat my favorite foods again. I hope Dr. Patel will be able to cure me with this disease"
Milan smiled at her sister while facing her.
"Everything's gonna be alright okay? All you have to do is calm down and take a deep breath" Ayanna smiled as they walked inside the reception.
"Welcome"
"Thank you, we are the patients of Dr. Patel, we talked over the phone"
"Yes sir we have that information, please head over to the 12 floor, wait there and she will be there shortly"
"Thank you" Milan and Ayanna walked away entering to the elevator, when they wanted to close it, another young man shows up around 17 years old. He seemed very handsome with black hairs. He walked inside and took a stand just beside Ayanna. Milan clicked the number 12 button and the door closed. It was very quiet.
"Seems like we're all going to the same floor, my name is Zero by the way" Zero was trying to communicate. Milan was very quiet.
"I am Ayanna and he's my brother Milan" Zero offered a hand on Ayanna. Ayanna shakes it with a smile on her face.
"Nice to meet you Ayanna, you have a beautiful smile" Milan looks at Zero after hearing that, the elevator opened. Zero wanted to go first Milan walked in front of him.
"Ladies first" Ayanna smiled and slowly walks outside. Milan face Zero angrily
"I got two words for you Zero, 'Stay, Away' Milan walks away leaving Zero staring with a smile on his face.
"Wow, what a temper"
Milan and Ayanna reached the waiting area, there were a lot of people with different appointments to doctors. They walked and sit down at the seats. Zero walks inside too he was sitting three chairs behind them.
The 12 floor was filled with people and patients. Beside Ayanna there was a 7 year-old girl sitting so nervous holding a teddy bear.
"Hey, whats your name?" Ayanna started a conversation
"Zara"
"Wow, what a cute name, Zara. I have the same teddy bear at my house, it's a good luck gift I was given by my brother, so you like them?"
"Yes, mine was given just now by my mother, before going in surgery, she says whatever happens, the teddy bear will keep me safe until she finds me" Ayanna smiled.
"What is your mother's problem?"
"I don't have an idea, she just returned back from her trip 2 days ago, but she was never the same as she left."
"Well don't worry, everything will be alright okay?"
"Thank you" Zara spoke Ayanna was smiling at her.
Dr. Patel shows up to Milan and called them over to her office.
"Well, see you later Zara, wish me luck" Milan and Ayanna walked away with Dr. Patel going with her. Zero stood up and took a seat beside Zara. He smiled at her.
Dr. Patel brought Milan and Ayanna to her office where she works and does her researches.
"I'm sorry you had to come today, I am a bit busy and the rooms are full today, so we will do the surgery here if you don't mind, this is my working quarters"
"We are fine doctor don't worry about us"
"Good, Ayanna, now I need you to go change your clothes into this one okay," Dr. Patel gave Ayanna a hospital clothes, she walks to change the clothes.
"Doctor everything is going to be okay right?"
"Don't worry Milan, I have been studying her for quite some time now, and I know what I'm doing, you don't have to worry" Ayanna shows up.
"Let's go inside" Dr. Patel opened her glass door inside to his work quarters Ayanna seemed nervous.
"Can I go inside with Milan doctor?"
"That's impossible Ayanna, it's a risk of , but he will be here watching my every step, so you don't have to worry about anything"
"Okay" Ayanna hold Milan's hand.
"Stupid girl, I forgot to take your lucky teddy bear, and you didn't remind me"
"We were in a hurry and excited"
"It's okay, I promise I will be back as soon as possible, because when you wake up from surgery you will be able to see your teddy on your left side waiting"
"Promise me you'll be here when I wake up"
"I promise" Ayanna hugged Milan so tight.
Milan stood up.
"Doctor, until I come back, please take good care of my sister"
"I promise Milan" Milan walks away. Dr. Patel took Ayanna inside her working quarters and lay her on the bed.
"Okay Ayanna, now, I am going to sedate with a sleeping dose okay? So that you will be out until I finish operating on you, the red dose will take you out and the blue one will wake you up"
"Okay doctor I trust you" Ayanna closed her eyes as Doctor inject her. After 5 minutes Ayanna was completely out.
Just when Dr. Patel was about to start one of her nurses shows up with blood all over her.
"Doctor, doctor please, you have to come now"
"What is going on? Leyla you can't be in here with blood ask over you"
"It's an emergency, it's about Nadia"
"What is wrong with Nadia?"
"She wakes up, and all of a sudden started attacking people and biting them, he eyes changes and she became very strong"
Dr. Patel was shocked as she walked outside her working quarters locking Ayanna inside alone in deep sleep.
