Chapter 90 - The Tenacious Little Black

"I don't believe it! I can't even handle you!"

Michiwaki Tadahiko, feeling good about himself, roared and charged at Alice.

Facing the pouncing assailant, Alice's expression on her waist display screen remained unchanged, but a look of panic appeared on her face.

Seeing Alice's reaction, Michiwaki Tadahiko thought, "This time I've got her," and became even more reckless.

But what he never expected was that although Alice's face showed panic, her body reacted extremely quickly.

She reached her hand back and pulled out a rapier from who knows where.

The tip of the sword poked directly at Michiwaki Tadahiko's calf.

"Ouch!"

Michiwaki Tadahiko's calf was injured, and he stumbled to the ground again, falling face-first, knocking out his two front teeth on a stone.

"Why… is even she so strong?" "And where did she pull that thing's out from? I didn't see it before."

Michiwaki Tadahiko lay on the ground, almost in despair.

He raised his head, his gaze sweeping around, finally landing on Ellen, who was holding her arms, looking disgusted, as if watching a show.

This girl doesn't seem to be much of a threat… should be easy to deal with.

"Ah ah ah—!"

Michiwaki Tadahiko, missing two front teeth, hopped towards Ellen on his lame leg, brandishing his dagger, using the last of his strength.

Ellen looked at Michiwaki Tadahiko hopping over like a lame toad, frowning slightly, as if finding him very annoying.

She didn't even change her posture much, just casually flicked the shark tail behind her.

Whoosh—!

Michiwaki Tadahiko was like he had been hit by a large truck, arcing through the air in a parabola, falling and consecutively knocking down two trees.

Crack!

After Michiwaki Tadahiko fell to the ground this time, several joints on his body were unnaturally twisted.

Clearly, he had more than one fracture.

"So… so amazing…" Ran murmured.

"This young lady is so strong!"

Kyogoku Makoto was extremely surprised by the combat power Ellen displayed.

Although he could replicate Ellen's attack on Michiwaki Tadahiko.

But what he found incredible was that he couldn't even clearly see how she attacked.

This was truly unbelievable, had her movements already become so fast that his naked eyes couldn't capture them?

Sonoko didn't bother to be surprised by Ellen's combat power, she looked at the bleeding wound on Kyogoku Makoto's arm, her heart aching as tears flowed. "Your arm is bleeding so much! Quickly bandage it! Why… why would you risk injury to save me? We are clearly… don't know each other…"

Kyogoku Makoto looked at Sonoko's anxious and concerned face, and a faint blush appeared on his perpetually expressionless, tanned face.

He avoided Sonoko's gaze, turned sideways, and replied, "You may not know me, but I saw you a long time ago.

At the Kanto Karate Tournament before, I saw you desperately cheering for your friend.

From then on, I've been very interested in you, and I didn't expect to meet you here this time."

After speaking, his face turned even redder, and he didn't even dare to look at Sonoko anymore.

Sonoko was stunned by Kyogoku Makoto's words, the tear stains on her face hadn't dried yet when it turned crimson again.

She stared blankly at Kyogoku Makoto, her heart pounding.

Just then—

Bang!

A bullet shot towards Sonoko.

Kyogoku Makoto, who had practiced martial arts for many years, had extremely keen senses and immediately noticed this.

Without any hesitation, he pounced fiercely on a willow tree nearby, thick enough for two people to embrace, and with a low roar, uprooted it.

"Rumble—!"

Amidst the flying dirt, Kyogoku Makoto swung the willow tree like a giant club, blocking the bullet for Sonoko.

But the attacker was clearly not content and fired several more bullets consecutively.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Kyogoku Makoto, holding the giant tree, was like a god of war descended.

He swung the huge willow tree so tightly that it was impenetrable, forcefully blocking all the sniper bullets fired by the opponent.

Sonoko was terrified, her face contorted in an expression of fear.

Kyogoku Makoto became even angrier because of this, and holding the willow tree, he took large strides, crashing towards the porsche 356a like a battering ram.

Inside the porsche 356a, Gin looked through the scope and saw Sonoko's abstract expression, confirming that she was not Sherry, and no longer entangled, urged Vodka to drive quickly.

Vodka had already been frightened by Kyogoku Makoto's terrifying appearance, charging with the giant tree, and stomped on the accelerator, fleeing in a panic.

Kyogoku Makoto chased for a few steps.

But after the Porsche accelerated, he, holding the giant tree and restricted in movement, ultimately failed to catch up.

Watching the antique car disappear at the end of the road, Kyogoku Makoto helplessly stopped, heavily propping the willow tree on the ground, considering it a transplanted tree.

Calming his slightly trembling arms from overexertion, Kyogoku Makoto took a deep breath and turned back to the edge of the woods.

However, when he walked back to where everyone was gathered, the scene before him made him frown again.

He saw Michiwaki Tadahiko, who had multiple fractures all over his body, staggering and standing up again with astonishing willpower.

This time, he changed his target again, choosing Ukinami Yuzuha, who was holding the raccoon Kama, as his object of attack.

'This person is holding a pet in her arms and an umbrella in one hand, I can't possibly miss this time, can I?'

Michiwaki Tadahiko launched a surprise attack while everyone's attention was on Kyogoku Makoto.

"Hehehe, it's all your fault for ruining my plans! Pay the price!"

He roared like a limping mad dog, brandishing the dagger he had re-gripped, and fiercely stabbed at Ukinami Yuzuha's back.

"Watch out!" Kyogoku Makoto exclaimed, fearing that Michiwaki Tadahiko's sneak attack would actually succeed.

Yuzuha seemed to have noticed him already, and the moment Michiwaki Tadahiko pounced, she turned sideways, dodging the opponent's dagger attack.

Then, with a playful smile, she jumped up and struck the opponent's head with her umbrella.

Thwack!

It was like tapping a wooden fish.

The tip of the umbrella struck Michiwaki Tadahiko's head, making a crisp sound.

Michiwaki Tadahiko felt a dizzy spell, stars bursting before his eyes, but he stubbornly held on, not falling.

Unfortunately, the raccoon Kama was not to be underestimated either, after Yuzuha launched her attack, it immediately performed a combo move.

Giving Michiwaki Tadahiko a direct hit to the vitals, a groin kick.

"Awooo—"

Michiwaki Tadahiko howled, rolling his eyes, and fell straight backward, completely passing out.

He truly became a roadside corpse.

Yuzuha retracted her umbrella, casually slinging it over her shoulder, and with her other hand, took back Kama, rubbing its small head, and said with a grin, "Well done, Kama~"

At the same time, Officer Sangoro Yokomizo, with his coral-shaped hair, arrived late with the police team.

Looking at the culprit, who was almost a mosaic, he was completely bewildered.

He truly didn't understand how a person could sustain so many injuries.

And still be alive, damn it.
