Jay Jay's POV
I was about to go into my car when Keifer stopped me.
" Come with me." Keifer said. I didn't want to go but something in me made me want to.
" Why?" I asked.
" I want to explain and unstress this situation." He said, and honestly so did I.
" Fine, but I better be home before 5." I said and followed him to his car.
He started driving the silence was deafening. It was kind of awkward.
" Jay–" Keifer started.
" Look Keifer, I don't want us to be awkward with each other. I want us to like before, befor the madness." I said, his eyes widened, like he wanted hear that exactly.
" Just like before?" He asked.
" Yeah, like laughing together, having fun together, you know like friends." I said, his expression changed but he didn't loose his cool.
" Oh, yeah ofcourse definitely." He said stuttering.
" I'm glad we could figure that out." I said.
" What if I want more than friends." He said suddenly.
" Keifer... I'm engaged." I said.
" You don't have to be you can still say no and we can start over. Please Jay I love you and I won't stop.
" Keifer..." I said but nothing else could come out.
" Jay I love you for real. Not as some plan not a way to get back at anyone. Just you and me." He said.
If I had to listen to my heart I would say yes a million times but my mind kept thinking about what would happen to Xavier.
" I'm sorry I need time." I said, I didn't wait for his reaction and stepped out of the car.
Thank god the car was still there I quickly hopped in and went home.
When I got back Xavier was already waiting for me excited.
" Hey I saw the picture you looked amazing." He said pulling me into a hug.
" Thanks." I said simply.
" Hey is something wrong?" He asked
" Keifer, he asked me to get back with him." I said.
" Why don't you." Xavier said.
" So what your saying is that you don't want me anymore." I said sarcastically.
" No not at all, but if you love him than go to him don't over think it. I don't you to regret not choosing him." Xavier said.
" What about you." I asked.
" If you need me I'll always be here for you but I'll find someone new it's fine as long as you're happy." He said. Then I hugged him tightly.
" Thank you for understanding." I said.
" Anytime." He said.
" Oh and my the way I got a job here." He said.
" Really where?" I asked.
" Someone named Kaizer Watson he own the company.
