A solid black Jaguar XFL slowly approached from a distance, then came to a smooth stop by the roadside.
"Lin Shen, thank you for dinner. See you at Hongqiao tomorrow at 6 AM!"
After getting out of the passenger seat, Jiang Wan made a point of running over to the driver's side. She tucked her hair behind her ear, leaned down, and gave Lin Shen a peck on the cheek.
"Go get some rest. You've been working hard these past few days."
"You too. Good night."

After watching the Jaguar XFL drive away, Jiang Wan went upstairs, the corners of her mouth turned up in a slight smile as she hummed a little tune.
When Jiang Wan opened the door, Xu Lu took one look at her happy, cheerful expression and knew exactly what had happened.
"Well, well! Someone's happy. Did Lin Shen drive you home?"
"Yep."
Jiang Wan changed into her slippers with a grin.
"Oh, by the way, Xu Lu, I have to go out of town tomorrow."
