As she sat on the back of the bicycle, Xu Changqing listened to Shen Weimin's unhurried explanation and shook her head with a smile. 'He's certainly thinking far ahead.'
And wasn't it far ahead?
By the time they reached Upper Waifang Village, Shen Weimin had already figured out where to dig the public-facing cellar and how to position it so it wouldn't interfere with the well they were about to dig.
Xu Changqing seriously suspected that if they didn't arrive soon, he'd start spilling his plans for tearing down and rebuilding the place. It was truly a pity he had money he couldn't use.
