First, he needed to acquire the key item, "Proof of Reincarnation." Upon using it on Nesia, Nesia would unlock one of the three Vampire Noble Professions from the Middle-earth Warhammer setting, officially beginning his journey as a Vampire.
Second, if Qin Feng already had a Vampire Hero under his command, he could use the Vampire race's innate and exclusive Vampire Transformation Ceremony to directly turn Nesia into a new Vampire Noble, without needing a Proof of Reincarnation.
Obviously, Qin Feng couldn't take the second path right now.
He didn't have any Vampire Heroic Units under his command yet.
Therefore, to turn Nesia's Magic Clone into a practical, combat-ready unit, he had to find a way to get a Proof of Reincarnation and then transform him into a Vampire Hero.
