The manager grew uneasy. 'The way she said that... could she have evidence?' "What is it you want?"
Cecilia Adler got straight to the point. "I want to do business with you, of course. For instance, I can supply seafood, dried goods, and the like. The quality will be absolutely guaranteed." She could also just pick up goods from the black market and resell them to the restaurant. With just a little risk, she could make sure she had enough to eat and wear.
