Even if she gets out, she won't be able to stir up any trouble. Besides, your father-in-law's people are refusing to let her off the hook. Go home and convince Cecilia to talk some sense into him. For siblings to become bitter enemies... he'll have a hard time explaining himself to the ancestors."
Ian Quincy agreed on the surface.
But inwardly, he was ecstatic.
'I wish everyone who harmed my wife would just drop dead. Why would I possibly try to talk him down?'
'Having to explain himself to the ancestors is my father-in-law's problem, not mine.'
Just then, a nurse walked out of the room. "If the family needs to talk, please do it outside."
Everyone immediately fell silent.
