Cecilia Adler still refused.
She felt she'd pretty much mastered the essentials and wanted to use the extra time to earn some money.
"I'm going to head back to my room," she said, ready to pick up her luggage and go inside.
Ian Quincy beat her to it, grabbing the luggage. "Honey, let me."
The family of three walked toward the back of the house.
The first thing Cecilia Adler did when she got to her room was grab some clothes for a shower. Bathing had been inconvenient while she was away, so she'd only managed a sponge bath and felt sticky and uncomfortable.
Aunt Moss came over and knocked on the door. "Cecilia, the clothes you wanted are ready. Take a look at the workmanship and see if they meet your requirements."
