However, before he could compose himself, Jenna Quinn, who was waiting for him inside, caught a glimpse of it.

She immediately bounced up from the sofa, calling out to him with a smile.
Seth Quinn was clearly surprised. "Jenna?"
But he quickly schooled his features back into their usual cold mask. He walked over to Jenna, sat down beside her on the sofa, and teased, "What's this? Shouldn't you be at home, groveling for Dad's forgiveness? And you have time to run over to the company to find me?"
Seeing the older sister he hadn't seen in years naturally made Seth happy, but he'd always been the type to keep his feelings hidden.
Jenna knew her own brother well, so of course she didn't take his coldness to heart. She sat back down, pouted playfully, and said with a grin, "Dad dotes on me. Why would he ever make me grovel?"
