Sarah Shelby was perfectly composed, not even blinking as she replied, "Weren't you the one who said it?"
"I did?" Clara Grant's brow furrowed even deeper as she tried to recall if she'd said any such thing. "Yes, you did."
"Alright."
'My thoughts were a complete mess just now, and they aren't much calmer now, so I can't remember if I actually said it or not.'
It was true that she'd been starving, though. Now that Sarah had reminded her, she felt even hungrier. So she stopped refusing and went with Sarah to get something to eat before heading back to the film set.
After watching the taxi carrying Clara drive away, Sarah Shelby looked down and typed on her phone: Mr. Quinn, Clara has eaten and is on her way back to the set.
