Faye Jennings peeked out from behind a large tree and saw Holly Summers strolling slowly in her direction. Faye froze. Her first thought was, 'If Holly's out here, doesn't that mean Seth Quinn and Clara Grant are alone in the room?'
'Is Holly deliberately creating an opportunity for Clara to be alone with Seth? Ugh, what a suck-up!'
Faye Jennings's mind raced. She gently wiped away her tears, her expression turning cold. 'I've been wanting to deal with Holly for a while. Now that she's served herself up on a platter, how could I possibly pass up this chance?'
With that thought, she stepped out from behind the tree and walked toward Holly.
Holly had thought the area was empty and was planning to go sit under that same large tree for a bit. After all, it wasn't long until the afternoon shoot.
But when she looked up, she saw Faye Jennings heading her way. She paused for a moment, but only a second, before continuing straight ahead.
