Liam Valerius didn't answer, but his sinister gaze said it all.
Damien Valerius had just walked out of the old man's study when Dylan Valerius stepped in front of him. Damien raised an eyebrow, his voice pleasant as he asked, "What is it?"
Dylan Valerius hesitated. After a brief internal struggle, he finally asked, "Do you know what that unlucky girl scored on her college entrance exam?"
Damien Valerius's gaze darkened. "Who is 'that unlucky girl'?"
Seeing Damien's cold expression, Dylan hesitated. "It's... Aurora Sterling..."
"Watch what you call her from now on," Damien said in a low voice, turning to leave.
Dylan blocked his path again. "You still haven't told me. What's her score?"
Damien arched an eyebrow, his tone laced with a hint of languidness. "You could ask her yourself."
At that, Dylan grew exasperated. "I don't have her number!"
