"That's fine," Shen Lang said as she slowly walked up the steps, getting closer to him. "No matter what it is, you're my Master. You have to teach me *something*, don't you?"
Changfan lifted his gaze slightly. He didn't stop her from approaching, simply saying, "I have nothing left to teach you. You can improve rapidly on your own."
Shen Lang wasn't surprised he could tell. She smiled and said, "My talent is my own business. If Master doesn't teach me, how can it highlight Master's own greatness? In other words, what would be the point of me taking you as my master?"
Changfan pondered for a moment before speaking slowly, "What do you want me to teach you?"
Shen Lang smiled. "Talismanic arrays. Everything Master knows, I want to learn it all."
Changfan's brow twitched. "Then I'm afraid you'll never be able to graduate in this lifetime."
