She smacked him in annoyance. "Cecilia just said her mom introduced her to a teaching assistant from B University."
Mortimer Quincy had never been interested in such things and replied with a lazy, dismissive, "Oh."

She looked up at him. "Mortimer Quincy, are you getting the nine-year itch?"
