"You're just twisting things to suit yourself!" Jenson Shelby glared at him, furious. He stepped forward to Shay's side and reached for her, but before his hand could touch her, two tall Caucasian bodyguards had already pinned his arms behind his back.
"What… What are you doing? Let him go!" Seeing the bodyguards manhandling Jenson Shelby, Shay rushed forward and tried to push them away.
But she was too weak to move them in the slightest. The bodyguards didn't just stand their ground; they tightened their grip. A sickening CRACK of bone echoed through the air. Jenson Shelby hung his head in agony, gritting his teeth, but a pained cry still escaped his lips. "Argh!"
The more she worried about him, the more ruthless the bodyguards became.
Seeing she couldn't get the bodyguards off, Shay rushed to Yuri Sinclair and begged him, "Yuri Sinclair, I'm begging you, please let him go. I'll take the responsibility. I'll bear the consequences, okay?"
