The maids bustled in and out of the villa, a flurry of activity because an honored guest had arrived: Ryan Osborne, the second young miss's recent blind date prospect.
Mrs. Irving was caught completely off guard. She had planned to call Jenna Irving back to continue impersonating Daisy Irving, but she never expected Ryan Osborne to show up without any warning.
The vast living room felt a little awkward. Tyson Irving was away on a business trip to Porto Sol, so only Mrs. Irving and Daisy were home.
Mrs. Irving handled the situation herself, not letting Daisy come downstairs.
The maids went back and forth, bringing out the family's finest tea to brew.
Hearing that Ryan Osborne enjoyed hairy crabs, Mrs. Irving even sent a maid out to buy some immediately, hoping to have him stay for lunch.
