Peter Sinclair snapped, "I'd love to, but that damn girl Claire refuses to come home. What am I supposed to do!"
"There are plenty of ways, Uncle. If you trust me, leave this to me. I guarantee I can get your son-in-law-to-be released."
Peter Sinclair's interest was immediately piqued. "What do you have in mind?"
"You're Claire Sinclair's father, so you must have a way to get her to come home. Tomorrow night, bring her to The Monarch Grand Hotel. Young Master Quincy has a function there, and I'll arrange for her to meet him."
"But the problem is, that damn girl Claire never listens to me. Even if she meets Young Master Quincy, it'll be hard to get her to bring it up!"
Seth Payne smiled faintly and whispered something in his ear.
Peter Sinclair looked shocked as he listened, but he finally nodded.
Seth Payne patted his shoulder and stood up. "It's getting late, Uncle. Don't drink too much. You should head home so your family doesn't worry."
