Claire Sinclair had once seen a documentary about The Presidential Palace on TV. When she saw this gorgeous, spacious suite, her only thought was that the President's bedroom was too big and must be cold at night.
But now that she was here in person, she realized she was wrong. It wasn't cold at all; in fact, it was quite warm.
Adrian Quincy led her into the adjacent study and had her sit down at the desk, where a laptop was waiting.
"Claire, there's a hidden virus on this computer. I need you to find and eliminate it. That's the job I have for you."
"Virus removal? That's simple enough." Claire Sinclair thought that was a job for any regular technician. 'Bringing me all this way just to remove a virus seems like a bit of overkill.'
A faint smile touched Adrian Quincy's lips. "I'm going to go lie down for a bit. Wake me when you're finished."
"Alright, go on."
The man gave her a kiss on the cheek before getting into bed.
