Zhou Mochen lowered his head and kissed the back of her hand. "None of that is important, Susu," he added. "Our family has many subsidiaries and investments in just about every industry. If you're interested, I can teach you all about it later."
Xu Su raised an eyebrow. "Teach me to do what?"
"We'll see which industry you're interested in and let you try your hand at it." Zhou Mochen chuckled, unable to resist coaxing her. "Or if you want to stay in school forever, that's fine too. Don't feel any pressure. I just want you to be happy."
'I just want you to be happy...'
He had said the words with such tenderness, filled with endless affection. Xu Su's heart clenched. Faced with such a gentle Zhou Mochen, she felt pathetic; she still hadn't built up any resistance to him.
She was silent for a long time, forced to admit that compared to the man from her last life who had all but tied her to his side, she could hardly recognize the person in front of her now.
