Julie's point of view
I swallowed my saliva against a burning dryness that ripped my throat, trying to bring out a calmer, more composed tone to contain her madness and female ferocity before she exposed us. I said with a failing hope:
"Look at me rationally and quit the shouting... The matter is not logical or the ugly way you understand it!"
She cut me off instantly with a mocking laugh, her chest shaking with rapid breaths as she said in a hiss dripping with malice, loathing, and an oppression that broke her tone:
"And what exactly didn't I understand, for heaven's sake, about the fact that you dared and filthily fucked me yesterday, Jake, while I was completely blacked out?! Tell me, you scoundrel!"
