The people had lost hope from the legal system, long pending cases, injustice, corruption. So from that day onwards the government declared words are futile, the only way to defeat injustice was to fight it not with protest but fists. They create a legal fighting system in which anyone not satisfied with the verdict could fight for it. Slowly and surely, it became the only way of fighting cases.
