"I don't want to do surgery anymore; this kid is the last," says the doctor. "I worked 72 hours straight and drank 100 cans of Red Bull," he added.
"Please save my daughter Sakura, please," the mom and dad scream.
I'm going home. I don't care about your daughter. I saved the boys' lives at least, says the male doctor.
"I'll save her," says the female doctor.
The girl wakes up and says only God can save people.
"Welcome back, Sakura," says the male doctor.
"I'm going home," he added.
The boy manages to die because someone pulled the plug and blames the doctor, and the female doctor shoots him dead and saves the girl by putting the plug back in.
He doesn't die and says he responded by kidnapping Sakura. He injects himself and takes bandages and takes Sakura. The female doctor shoots again, but it's empty. He takes the other gun from his waist and kills the Russian and the female doctor.
"Doctor Nana, you failed as well," says the Russian as they internally bleed but don't die because the doctor injects them with a needle.
"I order you guys to take Sakura and kill anyone who wants her," says Doctor Takumi.
"We have hideouts all around Sakura, Chiba, and Japan," says the Russian.
"Good, go now," says the doctor.
Doctor Nana shoots them dead and pulls the plug in and saves the kid and tells them to run as she drops dead from her wound.
Yuna and her family arrive and take the boy, but Sakura is missing.
