Chapter 8 - chapter 8“World’s Genesis”

Kael exhaled slowly.

For the moment, thinking about fully controlling all the abilities and powers he had acquired through the absorption of Thalor was pointless.

He was still too weak to exploit them to their full extent.

Dwelling on it would only waste precious time.

What he truly needed to focus on now was a single thing.

The creation of his world.

Kael looked at the sphere of origin—the World Tree—floating before him and spoke quietly.

"Knowing what kind of world I want to create is one thing…

But knowing how to create it is another. Creating a world where all its inhabitants are born with the power of creation is not as simple as it seems.

"First, he needed to decide what form this world would take.

"In this regard, I have two main ideas."

The first was a world almost based on the Void—but not truly the Void.

A main universe, surrounded by an infinite Void, within which all the universes created by the inhabitants of the main universe would reside.

The second option was a world with a continental structure, similar to those found in cultivation novels.

In this case, the created worlds would either exist within subspaces linked to the continent or within lower dimensions, beneath the primary dimension where the continent resided—much like the gap between the Immortal Realm and the Lower Worlds.

There was also another method.A world that would exist within his Sea of Consciousness or even within his own body.

However, this idea offered very little room for growth.

While it would allow him to carry his world wherever he went, it would also require him to give up a crucial advantage—the ability to use his world as a hiding place in times of distress.

Moreover, such a choice would greatly limit the world's potential.

Kael remained silent, his eyes fixed on the World Tree.

So, the choice came down to just two ideas: a universe-type world surrounded by infinite void, or a continent surrounded by multiple Lower Worlds.

But in truth… there was really only one choice.

Both ideas had merit, but alone, they lacked true potential.

However, if he combined them—a continental-type universe surrounded by infinite void or chaos, where countless worlds could exist, whether naturally formed or created by its inhabitants—then the possibilities would be limitless.

The continent at the center would become the Origin Continent, a place where everyone is born with the ability to create.

With such a foundation, Kael could finally create a mini World of God, a realm of unimaginable scope and infinite potential.

Kael's gaze remained fixed on the World Tree, then he said, "Now that I have resolved all the major problems preventing the creation of my world, it is time to begin its creation."

He then extended his hand into the Void. Then With a swift motion, a katana materialized in his grip, its blade gleaming with a strange, and almost living light.

Kael then assumed a calm, deliberate stance, and then, with a single, and decisive strike through the nothingness, he tore open a section of the Void—an expanse as vast as a universe itself.

The newly exposed Void trembled, and from its emptiness, a chaotic energy began to surge and swirl.

It was as if the Void itself were giving birth to chaos, reminiscent of the primordial tales in the ancient novels: where once the Grandmist birthed chaos, now the Void itself became chaos.

He then took a single step forward and appeared at the very center of the swirling chaos.

For several minutes, he simply observed it, letting the raw chaotic energy pulse around him, testing its dangerousness, its textureFinally, Kael's expression shifted—calm, yet resolute.

Then, with a faint gleam of anticipation in his eyes, and without any hesitation in his action, he extracted a single drop of blood from his heart.

This was no ordinary blood—it was a fragment of his very origin, a piece of his essence itself. Such blood was incredibly rare; Kael had only six drops of this kind within his heart, each of them precious beyond measure.

Yet he had no choice but to utilize this drop of blood to create his world, for it was the only way to ensure he would have full control over it.

With deliberate care, he took the World Tree and began fusing it with this drop of blood.

As the essence of his origin intertwined with the the World Tree, a faint pulse of radiant energy emanated outward, rippling through the chaos that surrounded them.

This process continued for a very long time, before finally calming, signaling the successful completion of the fusion.

Kael then turned his gaze toward the orb of origin—the representation of the World Tree—floating steadily before him.

slowly reached out his hand to touch it.

The moment his fingers made contact, he felt it.

There was no resistance, no unfamiliarity. The sensation was perfectly natural, as if he were controlling his own arm—no, as if the World Tree itself were nothing more than an extension of his will.

The orb of origin responded instantly.

Kael extended his hand into the Void.

In that moment, he invoked the talent of creation he had taken from Thalor.

The power awakened without resistance, flowing through him as naturally as breath itself. Using the World Tree—now the orb of origin—as the absolute center, Kael began to shape a world.

Creation unfolded.

The surrounding chaos surged, violent and endless, yet it was drawn inexorably toward the forming world. Chaotic currents, shattered energies, and raw essence were absorbed without exception, devoured by the expanding structure.

The world began to take form as a boundless continental structure, expanding at a visible pace, as if it possessed no limits at all.

This expansion continued for several minutes, until it had enveloped nearly half of the surrounding chaos.

Witnessing this spectacle, Kael felt a faint sense of amazement. After all, it was not every day one could observe the birth of a world.

He watched carefully for a short while longer, scrutinizing the growing landmass to see if any flaws or instabilities would appear.

Finding none, Kael vanished from his position.

In the next instant, he reappeared at the very center of the world he had just created.
