After getting her clothes back, Fuuko asked something she was curious about, "Who were those guys?"
"An organization that polices unidentified mysteries like ourselves." Andy gave his explanation, "To them, we're the ones they gotta keep in check, they ain't want a second one of them showing up."
"B-But we really sock it to them yesterday." Fuuko retorted, "I bet they're too freaked out-"
"Nope | Fat chance." Both Andy and Lily said at the same time.
"Those guys are packing some heat of their own." Andy started to explain, "Folks like us, guys and gals who negate the rules of the world."
"Negators." Lily cut him off, "They just toss the rulebook away and make up rules, like a person who makes you do the opposite, or a guy who's attacks can't be dodged."
"Yeah, what she said." Andy pointed to her, "And they got a front row seat to our abilities yesterday, and we don't know what they've got."
"50 years ago they caught me and really did a number on me."
"50!" Fuuko was surprised.
"I spent the next ten years in a lab gettin' my body podded to hell n' back."
"What!?" Fuuko was still surprised.
"Now just imagine what'd they do to you if you get captured, testing if your powers still work if your fingers are detached from your body." Andy teased.
"EEEEK! NO!" Fuuko screamed, "WE'VE GOT TO GET OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!"
"Heh heh, You're all over me now!"
"Stop flirting you two, we've still got to go." Lily huffed.
"We're not flirting!" Fuuko whined as Andy laughed.

With that, the group hopped on a motorcycle and rode off onto the highway.
"ALL RIGHT! Time to kick off our caught-and-we're-done motorcycle trip for three!" Andy yelled as he stood on the handlebars, with Fuuko on the pedals and Lily in the side car.
"Do you have a specific place in mind or...?" Fuuko asked him.
"Wazzat?" He waved her off, "Heck no! We're going ti'll the wheels fall off!"
"If you put it like that it sounds like it's only a matter of time when we're caught!" Fuuko yelled, "And I'm already a liability!"
"Calm that little head of yours squirt." He patted her head, "Ti'll you fall for me, or she kills me," He pointed to Lily, "You best belive I'm gonna keep you alive."
"F-Fall for you!?" Fuuko turned red, "You still haven't given up on that!"
'And they're arguing again...' Lily sighed and looked to the sky as cracks formed on it?
"Guy's! stop your lovers quarrel we've got company!" Lily yelled over their voices and pointed to the sky.
"huh?" Fuuko was confused but she looked up anyways, "What is that!?"
"It's how they warp." Andy grabbed her as objects flew out of the crack and straight for them, "Watch yourselves!"
Lily was already moving as she jumped of the motorcycle and tumbled.
*BOOM*
smoke and debris covered the appearance of the newcomers.
A man in giant armor stood and Fuuko tried to get to Andy.
"Andy!" However when she ran, her legs didn't cooperate. "Something is pulling me back?"
"Wow! even in your current state you're still dead set on trying to reach him." A man with blue hair commented as Fuuko walked into him, "Do you like him?"
"Hey! I've nabbed this one!" He called to the armored guy.
"Then kill her, our objective is to capture UN-dead and dispose of UN-luck." They replied as they buried Andy under his fist.
"Aw, but I wanted to chat with her for a bit." He was disappointed but still asked his questions, "Hey, how old are you? What are you into? you got a type?"
"You flirtatious fool." He was annoyed, especially since Andy just rocket out from under him as he raised his sword.
"Now you're all..."
But he just pulled his fist back and Andy fell, unmoving, "... mine?"
"Why did he suddenly stop moving!?" Fuuko grumbled as she looked to the blue haired man.
"Sorry, but that wasn't me." He waved his hand as Fuuko gave a mean stare, "No, really! I swear it wasn't me!!"
*BANG*
The armored man punched Andy to the other side of the road.
"Andy! This guys the movement stopper!" She pointed to the blue haired one.
"You know your hands are still moving right?" They retorted.
"Huh? I know that! It's my legs that aren't moving!" She struggled.
"Then they ain't related." He shrugged.
"Both of these guys are external, restriction type, negators." Andy stood up, "They seem similar but their ability ranges are different."
"The big guy over here paralyzed my body, and the brat over there has your will." He pointed out, "Though I don't know exactly what they're negating to pull this off."
The big one pulled back their fist again and Andy froze as well.
*BANG*
"Would you look at that, I can move after being hit!" He started healing, "All I got to do is get hit, fix myself up, and slug ya!"
"What an idiot." The guy said as he punched him in the side and started pummeling.
Back with Fuuko... "Are you going to be chasing us forever?" She asked.
"Only if you guys give us the slip, but your meteor didn't do you any favors." He started explaining, "That increased your priority level, so even if you slip past one group, another group of more menacing people will come next."
"Really?" Fuuko asked.
"Yup, negators just like us." He smiled.
"The same as us... wait!" She realized something, "Then why aren't you guys being hunted?"
"Ah-hah! So we've caught your interest!" He examined her closely.
"Hey Shen." The big guy interrupted.
"Lay off, she has the right to know." He waved him off, "There are ten members."
This gave hope to her eyes, "So that means-!"
"Sorry all the spots are taken."
It was then she realized she couldn't move and Andy was too far away.
However- "Sorry! I was lost in time!" Lily appeared after just not being here.
"Huh-" And she appeared right in front of a giant metal fist barreling towards her.
Seeing this she panicked and removed the time from her body again.
As the world froze, she though to herself-
'Time is confusing if you're unaffected by it!'
With that she redirected the fist to the ground without resistance.
'You can be at any point in time if you aren't dragged along the river of time.'
With that she allowed time back into her body as time resumed.
