"By name?" The words tumble out before I can stop them, even though Brent's message came through crystal clear. "You're absolutely certain he was referring to me?"
"Unless there's another Eleonora running around Chicago that I don't know about."
"What else did this thing say?"
"That's the problem. Everything else is in Latin. Reina's attempting to write down what she can catch, but you studied Latin in school, right?"
"Studied might be generous. I barely scraped by, and I've forgotten most of it since then. James is fluent though."
