"Take it back from who?" Katherine steps closer, positioning herself beside me on the porch.
"You already know the answer." Winston's smile reveals his fangs as lamplight catches them.
"Humans," I state flatly.
Winston points directly at me with theatrical flair. "Exactly right."
"You were behind everything." I descend the first step, anger building. "All those problems James has been having with his businesses. That was you pulling the strings."
