In a movie theater there is currently playing the the new Dragon ball super movie know as Dragon Ball Super : super hero , and all people in the theatre are super excited to watch.
2 hours later the movie end but the you can still feel the excitement in the air and as all people one by one goes out of the theatre. But One boy , whose name is kael also sit up from his chair but suddenly a sharp pain shot through his heart to his entire being and he collapsed back to chair and he tried to breathe but found out he cannot because he is so much in pain and he cannot even shout for help and like this he passed away.
Kael open his eyes and see he is in a white space and in front of him is a beautiful woman sitting on a throne and is looking at me and smiling.
So, he asked: "Who are you beautiful lady and where I am?"
I asked her this and hearing me asking about this she simply said.
???: " oh you don't know you have died and this place outside all Omniverses and called 'THE ALL' and for your next question you would ask I would say first I will reincarnate you in any world of your choice and you can also choose your powers without limitation"
She said all of this then I remember in the movie theater that I had died.
Well I don't have anything or anyone on that life so it's not big deal and nobody will feel anything so it's okay and now I have a chance to reincarnate in my favourite world so I am all pumped up and then I look at her and start saying my wishes for powers.
Kael: " I want to reincarnate in dragon ball super as second child of bulma and Vegeta and for powers—
1. I want to have all powers of all anime character without limitation or downside.
2. I want all the powers store in a omnipotent system which is completely loyal to me.
3. I want to have a body that can handle all powers and mix them to make more powerful.
The women look indifferent to my choices and simply say.
???: "ok then bye bye "
Whe she said this the world around me roated and I closed my eyes instinctly and then 10 seconds later I feel a suffocation pressure and in pain i don't know why but I cried then I fell the pressure gone then I see a gaint nurse holding me and saying to a women in bed.
Nurse: " Bulma mam it's a boy" she said happily to the women and the women also let out a tired smile and ask the nurses to bring me to her.
She looked at me and I also looked at her the she said : " welcome to life my little one".
And then the door also open and my father Vegeta and my brother trunks also came to see me and my mom.
But I don't know why I am so tired so I just closed my eyes and sleep and seeing me sleeping my family members also let me and my mom rest.

I open my eyes to see my mom lay on my right side and then I immediately got exited and with anticipation I called system and the system response is fast.
