After some time later, Anisa and Adarte went to their room to think about their situation and happened in solitude.
Conrad believed some things needed to be dealt with alone.
They need to make sure that something like that would never to happen to them again.
If they keep fulfilling the conditions of their enemies and nen abilities in particular.
It would be better for them to just stay still and stop fighting and taking actions.
If one wants to be a strong NEN user, they cannot stop improving themselves and taking lessons from events and battles that they live to see another day.
After the people were left, Conrad took a shower and then sat down on his chair and looked at the city below.
The night made the city glow like a diamond, and it was a different kind of a feeling looking down to the city.
"I said many things to them, but I myself too need experience and more improvement," Conrad thought.
"I should be quick to work on the next ability."
He thought and then took a piece of paper and a pen and then wrote.
"Black Ring – State Of Calm."
"Trinity Orbs."
"Blink – The Vanishing One."
He then nodded and started working on the next ability.
"I wanted to have a simulation, training-based nen ability."
"I want to be able to create a new space or a dream-like moment with my set target and fight against them and learn from those battles."
"It would be even better if I could create scenarios within my mind and live inside of them to train."
"It would help if I could decide on a location and many things too."
Conrad knew that such an ability would need some conditions.
But he had an idea within his mind; he could use what he knew to create ability. Despite such behavior and action, it would make the nen ability weaker.
"I don't need a powerful ability in this case."
"I am not going to actively use it. It would have only a realistic use of training. Nothing more."
"From this, the first thing I need to set up is where I am going to train."
"Do I need to create a new ability that involves an alternate dimension or more of a state-like existence?"
Conrad asked himself this question.
His thoughts landed on the man he had just killed.
"His ability needed close proximity and staying still in a set position."
"I can do the same, as the ability will not need to be used in an active situation."
Conrad then took another piece of a blank paper and then wrote.
"An ability that lets me choose my target, set location, and enter a battle with them to train."
"Limitations"
"When ability is active and used, I can not move from the location I started using the ability."
"After the ability is active, my senses of the outside world will not exist."
"After ability is active, it cannot be closed off until the time limit of one hour has passed. In this "one hour" duration, I will be vulnerable and cannot move or stop the ability to protect myself from outside dangers."
Conrad stopped for a moment as he looked at the last condition and limitation.
"That is a huge risk."
"If I decide to train and something bad were to happen, I would be a sitting duck."
"But that is necessary for the ability to exist in the first place." Conrad thought, let out a deep breath, and kept on writing.
"For a target to be chosen, I need to fulfill two conditions: either I will know their nen ability and it is an official name that is set by the target or I will need to meet them and tell them that I want to be their training partner and they will agree to train with me."
Conrad then added.
"When the simulation is active, for the location that I want to set, it has to be a place that I have seen and experienced in real life. If there is a place that I have never been, I cannot set that location for the simulation grounds."
"The training target, the individual, cannot answer, talk, or answer any question that I can ask them."
"They cannot use any nen abilities or capabilities that I don't know exist in the first place. Their power would be limited to what I know of them."
"They would have no mannerisms of their own. They would only have combat capability and their nen ability and would only focus on killing me and cannot be manipulated or set to work for different matters."
As Conrad put these conditions and limitations, his nen and understanding filled up, and it grew to a point where he was comfortable giving the ability a name and creating it for real.
He believed and sensed that it was enough.
"The fifth ability is set."
"Training Grounds – The Sleeping Beast."
With the name set, the ability was created and was ready to use.
