After Conrad came back home, he started thinking about the two things.
First, what kind of enemies is he going to need to be eliminating? And second, is he going to get help from his people?
These two decisions were pretty important for him to think and plan.
Also, there is the idea of team creation there too.
If he wants to create a team ability, this would be the best time for it.
Conrad thought for a moment and counted.
"Myself, Adarte, Anisa, Reginald and his friend."
"Five people starting the team makes sense."
Conrad thought and then called Reginald.
"What are you doing?" he said.
Reginald answered.
"I am with my friend, the one I spoke about to you."
Conrad nodded.
"You guys are free?"
Reginald answered.
"We are."
"Do you want to meet with her?"
Conrad nodded to himself and said.
"That would be the best."
"I also have something to discuss with you."
Reginald then said.
"Same bar, one hour later."
Conrad took a deep breath.
"I will be there."
One hour later, Conrad arrived at the same bar he spoke to Reginald after their match was over.
Conrad entered the bar and directly noticed Reginald and the woman in a tracksuit sitting next to him.
She was around twenty-five to twenty-six years old with jet crimson hair and deep blue eyes.
"She looks charismatic," he commented and went to their side.
The woman looked at Conrad for a moment, and then Reginald spoke.
"Lina, this is Conrad. Conrad, this is Lina."
Lina nodded at Conrad.
"Nice to meet you."
"It's been a long time since I heard Reginald talk so greatly about another nen user than himself."
Conrad smiled.
"I suppose I did not expect him to have a friend like you," he added.
Conrad then started speaking.
"There is a mission that I have taken from the Hunter Association..."
"I would like to know if you are interested."
He then turned his eyes to Lina and said.
"You are too."
Reginald thought for a moment.
"I guess I need more details and know about payment and other things."
"If you are taking this mission, I suppose it does involve threat too."
Conrad nodded.
"Naturally."
Lina just said.
"I can work with you, if Reginald agrees..."
Conrad then started talking about the Light Upon Us organization, and they need to be eradicated. They have seven nen users, and they are a pretty immoral organization of nen users that are pretty much weaker than the Phantom Troupe but still a B-level criminal organization.
"How much am I going to get paid for taking such enemies?"
Conrad thought and answered.
"I will pay two billion yen to each of you."
Lina and Reginald were taken aback by the prize money. Even for new users, such money is no small amount.
"Wow."
"So, you are rich," Reginald said.
Conrad smiled.
"Also, it is time for that team to be built."
Reginald slowly nodded, and Lina asked.
"What team?"
Reginald informed her about the matter of Conrad's team.
Lina listened to everything and nodded.
"I would like to be part of something like that."
Reginald pointed to Conrad and said.
"It is up to him."
Conrad looked at the woman and then asked.
"Are you a fighter-type nen user?"
Lina answered.
"I am a supporter and fighter."
"I have three abilities; two of them involve supporting others, and one of them gives me an edge in the fights."
Reginald supported her.
"In terms of fighting capabilities, she is not much lower than I am."
"If she did not focus on those support abilities, she would be equal to me."
Conrad nodded.
"If Reginald says that you are close to him, you are welcome."
Lina nodded, and then the trio ordered some drinks.
Conrad then said.
"Now, I need to prepare about the team and its founding."
"I will be reaching out to two of you in two to three weeks."
"Do not leave the city."
After Conrad said his words, he left the bar and went back to his room.
Entering his room, he first took a shower and then sat down in the middle of his room.
On the ground and entered a meditative state.
"Now."
"The team objective is pretty simple."
"I would like to be giving enhancements to team members and also myself."
"For people to gain power-ups by just joining the team."
"The ability must be thought greatly of."
Conrad took a deep breath and then started writing, conditions first.
He entered his state of Infinite Nen Ability and touched upon his specialist ability category.

"The people who want to be in the team need to be invited by the "Team Leader – Conrad Everest" and accept the invitation."
"Limitation 1"
"Only people who have not killed any children and abused them can be invited and join the team group."
"Joint Condition 2 and 3"
"For a nen user to join the team, they need to show their 'nen ability' willingly without the influence of any nen ability or strange influence."
"Team Leader also needs to expose one of his nen abilities in front of any new member that wants to join the team."
"Limitation 2"
"Nen users that did not have a near-death experience and life-and-death battle against any other Nen user cannot be invited and cannot join the team."
Conrad kept on writing the conditions and limitations within his mind.
These are just the starts; from the moment he decided to create the team, he will fill it with as many details as he can.
If anybody wants to join the team, they need to accept many conditions, and only some individuals can be invited, whatever their power may be.
When the team finally forms and ability activates, the team members will gain a lot of enhanced capabilities and utility specialties due to a number of conditions.
Conrad set up with whatever he learned about nen until now.
