Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: Princess Calia

He heard about the treasure that could control giants, and that there were Titan ruins beneath Grim Batol. Muradin's eyes were getting brighter. As a legendary hero, his strength was unmatched; as an avatar of the warrior gods, he was immune to magical control, with a power that could withstand even fully grown dragons. Of course, this was on the ground; if the dragons were flying in the sky, then no one could do anything about it.

"How do you know this?" Muradin asked curiously, without doubting his student. These more than ten years of guidance were not wasted; the relationship of mentor and friend was very solid.

"It's a secret, my friend, just like how many fine wines you've hidden." After saying this, Arthas exchanged a glance with Muradin, and they both laughed heartily.

Some things don't need to be expressly stated; knowing that the other poses no harm is sufficient. They had some good drinks in the bar, but Arthas was drinking juice, stating that he couldn't drink alcohol just yet; when he grows a bit older, his tolerance will improve significantly. In truth, he just didn't want to let alcohol mess things up, as drinking could easily lead to trouble.

Back in the palace, Arthas encountered his friend, the displaced Varian. To say Varian was unfortunate would be an understatement; however, these misfortunes had shaped him into an impressive figure.

In the future, as the leader of the Alliance, even the aloof Night Elves would have to take orders from him. How could a race that experienced eternal life listen to mere humans who have a lifespan of only a hundred years? This demonstrates how exceptional Varian truly was.

"Hi, Varian, how are you?" Arthas greeted with a smile.

Despite being busy, he felt his hard work was meaningful. At least he felt he was fighting for freedom, proving his value and abilities, which made it possible for Terenas to consider letting him take on more responsibility.

"I'm good, Arthas. I really envy you for being able to fight the orcs," Varian said, unable to hide his envy. He wished he could take down those orcs at once; after all, those barbaric orcs destroyed his homeland, wrecked his kingdom, and even killed his father!

"You will have your opportunity in the future, but you can't afford to make any mistakes now. Once you become king, perhaps we can continue our cooperation, haha. Good luck, see you later." Arthas chatted for a bit before leaving; he didn't have much time and had a lot of preparations to undertake regarding matters crucial to his life, so he remained cautious.

"Alright, see you later," Varian replied; he also needed to learn many things, including court etiquette and essential knowledge for a king. Arthas lowered his head, thinking about how to launch a decisive battle in the Wetlands, and how to convince the army to ambush Grim Batol, where there was the Demons Soul that even dragons feared, gathering the essence of the five great dragons' powers, a valuable treasure.

"Ouch!" A fragrant breeze came, and Arthas reacted just in time to catch the woman he had bumped into. Looking up, he found it was Queen Taria of the Stormwind Kingdom, a mature woman with a captivating appearance, exuding intelligence.

"Are you okay?" Arthas asked, touching her waist, a seductive fragrance filling his nostrils, and combined with her warmth, he felt a stirring in him. The desires of youth were always intense, especially after having tasted forbidden fruit.

"I'm fine, thank you, Your Highness," Taria replied, feeling something at her lower abdomen pressing against her. As someone with experience, she immediately understood what it was.

Somewhat annoyed and embarrassed, she subtly slipped out of Arthas's embrace. She wouldn't expose him in public; after all, it could lead to misunderstandings, being seen as someone trying to charm Arthas to use his influence to restore the Stormwind Kingdom, which in no way would be Arthas's fault.

Arthas had a good reputation as a diligent prince, often helping the common people, even nobles found no fault in him. It would be hard to slander such a prince, not to mention that the Stormwind Kingdom was essentially nonexistent now.

"Oh, sorry, I was lost in thought for a moment," Arthas replied apologetically, discreetly taking a glance at Talia's impressive figure and curvy backside.

He was most interested with her ample bust and generous hips, as that was what he found pleasing to the eye. His first experience had been with a woman endowed with those characteristics, and thinking about lying on soft flesh with his member tightly enveloped by tender skin made him almost incapable of moving, it was profoundly stimulating!

"It's alright, Your Highness, I must take my leave now," Queen Taria said as she hurriedly departed, worried something unfavorable might occur.

Not long after, Arthas spotted his sister, Calia, on a chair in a corridor. Calia was a well-behaved girl, with excellent court etiquette, and was also a priestess. She had been raised to perfection, but a life being a puppet was not what she desired, and she couldn't even control her own marriage.

At this moment, Calia's expression held a hint of melancholy, as if she encountered some trouble.

"Calia, what happened? Who bullied you? I'll help you take revenge," Arthas said as he approached his sister, catching a whiff of her youthful fragrance, which was even more intoxicating than Jaina's undeveloped form.

Calia was two years older than him and had developed impressively, inheriting their mother's fine genes, her figure was graceful, and she was beautiful, with soft, flowing blonde hair, capturing the hearts of countless men.

Calia shook her head and leaned against Arthas's shoulder, "I'm fine, truly, I'm okay."

"Ding! Detecting a task: Calia's destiny."

"Calia's destiny: As a royal princess, marriage is essential. King Terenas wishes to betroth Calia to Lord Prestor, and if successful, you will lose Calia forever. Task success: Calia becomes your spouse, you become proficient in all languages."

Looking at this task, Arthas was slightly surprised; the system had actually given such an enticing task reward!

Gazing at the melancholic rose in his arms, he chose unabashedly to accept the quest. For him, incestuous desires held a fatal attraction, and moreover, he truly needed Calia's assistance. When he wasn't in Lordaeron, Calia's royal bloodline identity could help him establish a foothold in Lordaeron.

Listening to Calia explain that she heard their father, Terenas, intended to betroth her to a noble stranger, Arthas thumped his chest and assured her, "I won't let you marry anyone, Calia. I need your help. Also, I like you!"

Calia's eyes widened as she gazed into her brother's clear eyes, hesitating as she said, "But, we're siblings..."

"Once I become king, these issues will be resolved. Until then, I'll find a way to keep you by my side. My dear sister, I can't live without you. I remember how you selflessly cared for me when I fell ill, saving the best food for me; I know all of it." Arthas reminisced about his childhood memories, expressing his fondness for this sister. An older sister is like a mother; having a loving sister is truly impressive.
