The room they stood in was not like the others — it was mirrored from wall to ceiling. Lights buzzed above. Their reflections multiplied endlessly.
A robotic voice announced:
*"Game One: Reflections. Find the real door. Only one is real. The rest... will kill you."*
*Timer: 10 minutes.*
*Lives: One.*
Lia whispered, "This is psychological warfare."
Aaron scanned the room. There were 12 doors. Each looked identical — handles, lights, even the shadows.
Behind them, 10 other players stood — all survivors of secret experiments from Season 1. No one spoke.
Then Player 42 — a twitchy man with burned arms — rushed to a door and yanked it open.
A loud *shockwave* burst through the mirrors. His body vanished instantly — not a scream, not a trace.
The game was real. Again.
Aaron turned to Lia. "Reflections lie. Look for something that doesn't."
She nodded. "Shadows."
They observed each door. Eleven cast perfect reflections.
But one — *door number 7* — didn't reflect light the same way. Its shadow flickered.
They ran to it, hands shaking.
Five others rushed toward different doors at the same time.
*BOOM.*
Three players gone.
Aaron grabbed the handle of door 7 and opened it slowly.
It didn't explode.
*A path appeared. Black tunnel. Blue lights. They were safe.*
Voice returned:
*"Congratulations. You see through illusions. But in this level, truth is more dangerous than lies."*
Only *6 players* remained.
As they walked forward, Lia touched Aaron's hand. "They kept me alive to study fear. They wanted to see what broke me."
Aaron clenched his fists. "We're going to break *them* instead."
Behind them, the mirrors re-formed — and whispered their names.
