Deep Sea King walked up unhurriedly, picked up the unconscious blond young man with one hand, and tossed him aside like trash.
Although the blond man looked frail, he was actually an A-Class hero named Lightning Max.
But in front of the rain-enhanced Deep Sea King, he couldn't even deal damage, let alone withstand a single punch.

He had a very masculine, cleft chin covered in fresh stubble, but his curly hair and long eyelashes were unsettling.

His gaze fell on the pink shreds on the ground, and his anger soared to new heights. His face darkened as he stood up, clenching his fists.

Puri-Puri Prisoner roared and strode forward, charging at breakneck speed. The ground beneath his feet cracked under his immense power.
He rushed up to Deep Sea King and threw a punch fueled by pure muscular force. With chilling momentum, he shattered the rain and smashed his fist into Deep Sea King's face.
With a loud thud of flesh on flesh, Deep Sea King stumbled back half a step. He touched his slightly stinging cheek, and a ferocious grin spread across his face.
"Not bad. My turn!"
What?!
Puri-Puri Prisoner was shocked. The feedback from his usually unstoppable fist felt like hitting a steel plate. He had barely caused any damage.
In the very next instant, Deep Sea King drove power from his waist and arm. His violent fist traced a sharp arc in the air and slammed directly into Puri-Puri Prisoner's gut.
"URGH!!"
His internal organs churned as if a storm was raging inside him. Consciousness seemed to be punched out of his body, and Puri-Puri Prisoner's eyes rolled back.
There was no back-and-forth struggle like in the original story. Because Deep Sea King was in his rain-enhanced form from the start, the current Puri-Puri Prisoner was no match for him.
"Quite tough. Then have a combo! HAHAHAHAHA!"
Deep Sea King punched rapidly. A storm of fists enveloped Puri-Puri Prisoner, each blow heavy and powerful, smashing into his muscular frame.
Even muscles as hard as rock caved in immediately after taking a hit.
In an instant, Puri-Puri Prisoner's body was battered and dented. Covered in blood, he collapsed heavily to the ground.
Deep Sea King squatted down and patted the hero's face disdainfully with his finned claw.
"Did you really think taking your clothes off would make you as strong as me? What a foolish human!"
