"Well, I am going to visit my parents this weekend."
Rai was currently sitting in the teachers' room, waiting for the bell to ring and classes to start. He couldn't help but frown as two loud teachers kept chatting right next to him, their voices bouncing around the small room without mercy.
"Ah, so are you leaving tomorrow or today?"
"I am planning to leave this noon. That way I can be with them both tomorrow and the day after."
And that made him realize something.
'Tomorrow is Saturday. That interview… it's tomorrow.'
His pen slowed against the paper.
And then he realized something else.
'I didn't tell Zade about it. Do I have to? He wouldn't be home either anyway.'
Rai scribbled notes down absentmindedly, though his thoughts kept slipping into all kinds of directions. He was dragged back into his senses only when his phone vibrated against the desk.
'Must be the bastard.'
