In my first life, I was the devoted Queen. I waited two months for my husband, King Lauren, to return from the front lines—only for him to walk through the palace gates with a beautiful young maiden by his side and a decree in his hand: ‘She would be the new Queen’.
And because of that evil beauty he brought to our kingdom, I died a discarded "nobody," executed for a crime I didn't commit.

"This is your brother." My mother introduced him.


"My brother?" I asked in my little voice as I looked at my mother in confusion.


"Yes, he went to serve in the military but now he is back." She explained and my eyes widened in surprise.


"You are my brother?" I asked in wonder and he looked at my mother first for permission and she nodded before he looked at me and answered.


"How did you not tell me about him, mama?" I asked my mother in confusion.


"Because you will cry and plead to see him," she explained and I frowned even more as I looked at him closely.


He was taller than I and quite mature but didn't talk much yet he stared back at me like he knew something I didn't know.


"Oh no, he is Peter," my mother quickly interrupted the boy when he tried to introduce himself.


"Peter?" I asked and saw how his eyes dimmed in sadness but he slowly nodded in confirmation.
