Whoever decided to cross me by taking my precious Ellen will have it worse with me.
Currently I was back in the hunting grounds as I searched everywhere for her but I couldn't find a trace.
How did this person take her away so fast?
Throughout that night I kept searching like my life depended on it until morning came and I still didn't want to return empty handed.
"Where are you, Ellen?" I whined as I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration.
When I stepped out of the hunting grounds, I found my butler waiting outside with a lantern in his hand and a carriage parked.
"I am worried for you which is why I came, my lord," he explained and I sighed.
"Please let me take you home," he said and I nodded.
As I got inside the carriage with a defeated countenance, I began to ponder on the events of the morning as I tried to pinpoint when she got missing.
As the carriage set into motion, it was then I looked to the side of the seater and I frowned.
