The rest of his week gained a fixed routine. Every morning, he would go receive breakfast and lunch from Kiera and Maya before they left for classes.
Then, he would study the runes in the rune book or absorb essence from essence crystals to pas time.
In the evening, Maya and Kiera would visit him and have dinner in his room. Thankfully, the two girls weren't annoying existences, so he had no trouble accommodating them.
Regardless, he had become a real shut-in, never stepping out of his room even once.
"That's exactly why you have to go out," Maya insisted as she sat across from him.
They had just prepared dinner and were about the eat. Kiera sat beside Maya, her red eyes fixed on Kaiser.
"Maya is right. You really need to start going out. Aren't you bored?"
Kaiser shook his head. "Back home, I spent months alone in my room. I can never be bored simply because I'm alone."
Kiera pouted and said, "What kind of home is that? I can't imagine living like that."
