Big brother peeked in the main door and with a smile asked, "Aya, how are you?"
Aya smiled and stood from the floor and said, "I am doing great big bro, I will be here till night so join the dinner of mine as well."
"As you say." And big brother went to kitchen again.
...yeah, Aya is also a part of my family. Big brother treats her like his own sister like he does to me. Aya is a friend of mine from a very long time and soon she also became friendly to my whole family as well.
Aya stopped for a second, looked back at me who was still thinking about something with a decent smile on my face, and she smiled and said, "Close the door, dear. Big bro will definitely scold you if left it open."
And Aya started walking ahead and my whole body trembled again.
"She's... she is right..." And with chills I closed the door and started walking to the living room.
And as expected, Aya was already on the sofa looking at her phone...like a queen of the room, indeed she is. I walked and came next to her and sat on the sofa next to her and Aya left the phone and looked at me seriously.
I looked at her, and Aya finally smiled brightly and keep her hands to her cheeks, she was saying me to smile. I finally smiled and asked, "So, how did you plan to come here?"
Aya looked up, thinking, and then answered, "Nothing much, I just wanted to visit you. And play some games and enjoy with you... this night."
I blushed looking down, and Aya just wanted that and she started laughing loudly. She loves teasing me all the time, it's her way of having fun and enjoying.
I sighed and Aya stopped laughing. But I didn't look at her, I was just having a faded smile on my face.
"By the way...why you don't join my school? We will be close and keep on talking like we used to do before." Aya asked, and this was her fifth time asking that question.
The reason I don't join her school is not that affordability, but...I am afraid, what if I get bullied there as well and Aya would also become a victim? What if everyone makes Aya my enemy? But I can't give them the reason to it, so I just lie that I don't want to join her school.
I ignored the question and looked at Aya and said, "Aya, is it the first time of the game Ocean of Heaven And Hell going on a maintenance or something?"
Aya was surprised by the question and she picked up her phone and checked.
"Yeah, it's actually the first time they are going on a maintenance. It's the news, is it true?"
I nodded my head, "Yup, I tried to login at 4, it has gone on a maintenance for a while day and is expected to run tomorrow."
"I see, so what are we going to play today?"
I smiled, and took out my phone and said, "Let's play The 100 Survivors."
Aya started sweating, "...No, you always win in it. You are not kind at that game, whether I become your companion or enemy."
The 100 Survivors is a multiplayer game where 100 players land on the ground, and fight with each other to last till the end. The one who manages to survive till the end and where no more enemies are left, the player wins. And I am only perfect on that game, lasting to stand in the top 10 of the strongest. And I am actually proud to at least dominate in something at top.
I started the game and said, "Come on, join the game. You will be my companion, let's play duo vs. squad."
Aya finally smiled, and she also started the game. Aya joined at the lobby and the game began.
Aya looked at me, and I was completely inside the game. Looking at the screen with the widened eyes and smiled.
And just the game had started, Aya was eliminated in no time, she was crying and regretting, "I shouldn't have joined him, you can't even protect me."
But Aya got no response, she looked at me again and my eyes hadn't blinked once and my fingers were moving quickly. Aya's eyes widened when she heard a heartbeat, the heartbeat was louder and took much fast.
Aya smiled witha sweat, "I...have heard this before..." And she realised that it was all my heartbeat which was racing at the game.
'The speed matters at this game, the more faster he reacts the more better he will be, but... Isn't this dangerous for his health?' Aya thought, and she started thinking to distract me.
"Hey, Miyo~" Aya called, but I didn't respond to her, she smiled once again with teasing eyes and said, "Do you know, I made a few friends in Ocean of Heaven And Hell."
Well, I don't know whether it's true or she's just lying. But I didn't react over it, my work wasn't to listen and be broken, but it was to defeat and win over each match. That's the only thing which makes me alive, the game.
Aya was left stunned...she didn't expect that I won't reply on that, my fingers were still moving as fast as it was and my heartbeat was just taking its peaks!
Big brother gave a sigh and he entered and stood behind the sofa and said, "Don't ignore Aya, Miyo." And he just kept a hand on my shoulder--
Suddenly my eyes moved and I started staring to big brother, by the deadly stare which made him sweat.
And suddenly, Aya and big brother saw...my fingers were still moving even if my eyes staring aside.
"Is he using his other senses to just win?!!!!!" Aya and big brother shockingly realized and big brother took his hand and he smiled with a sweat and said, "Well, you enjoy, Miyo. I am going to bring vegetables for the night dinner, do you want something?"
Aya gave a sigh, everyone failed to distract the one and Aya just raised her hand and said, "Ice cream"
"Ok, Aya, anything else?"
Aya looked at Miyo, but she had lost her hopes that I will even listen and say--
"Chocolate and ice cream for me as well."
And Aya and big brother were left stunned, speechless.
