So no, he didn't want her anywhere near his Divine Court. If there was a clearer way to say so, he would do it.
Unfortunately, she wasn't willing to take no for an answer. When she heard his rejection, she said, "Oh, come on. Haven't we worked well together in the past? I believe this is an opportunity for us to work together."
"Stop disturbing me about this. You and I know that you are not being serious with your request," Loki said as he snorted. "If you really wanted to join, you wouldn't be asking me. You would have done so yourself."
"It doesn't take much effort to walk over to the Divine Mountain and try to join it. No one is stopping you, so have you not done so?"
"You haven't done it because you're afraid. The Divine Mountain is too conspicuous, so you're afraid that you will be spotted by your enemies and attacked. Isn't that right?" he asked with a smile.
In reply, she snorted and said, "This game isn't fun anymore."
