Then there were the Dao Lords watching all of the changes happen. They were sitting above everything, yet they were the ones most aware of what had just happened and knew why it had happened.

He was genuinely baffled and was a little bit concerned, but the Will of the World replied in a stern voice, "I don't remember having to explain my actions to you."
Then it ignored everyone to inspect the good it had spent so much to purchase. It held the black ball of wind with both hands and rotated it to examine it from all sides.
When two hands were not enough, it created four extra arms to hold the Supreme Metac, just to ensure that it was real.
It didn't need to do any of these, though. Right from the start, when the Supreme Metac entered the Blessed Heaven World, it knew that what it got was the real deal. It was just being overly enthusiastic about its first Cosmic Supreme Metac.
