"Hahaha," Amabel broke into a hearty laughter the moment Daphne asked that question, startling both women.
Why was she laughing? They both wondered.
However, in a moment, Amabel stopped laughing and rose to her feet, walked a few feet away from her two friends, turned around so that she was facing them and then crouched down, a sharp glint in her eyes which made the two to shudder.
"Huh! Am I bothered? Huh, what a nice question!" she eerily chuckled, running her fingers through her hair, and it made the two ladies tremble slightly at this unexpected side of Amabel.
"Why should I be bothered? I don't give a rat ass whether he is married or not. From the moment he took my hand and pulled me out of that gutter, he became mine!" she firmly declared, possessiveness and obsessiveness very much clear in her tone and the ladies couldn't dismiss that.
