When Valentine heard that, he chuckled mockingly as he looked at her and said, "then give it a try. I am quite curious who will come out as the winner," his tone laced with indifference which sent cold shivers down her spine.
After saying that, Valentine completely disregarded her and picked up his things before leaving Philippa in the office by herself.
