Racine who had his hand placed on Redford's shoulder only shook his head, "It doesn't work"
Carlyn who was watching from the side spoke, "But your skill had something to do with 'recovery' right?" He let out a sigh, "Its just so odd that you don't have a status window at all"
Racine released Redford's shoulder, "Maybe we could get someone with a skill that sees status?"
"That would be difficult" Carlyn then waved his hand towards Racine and the two of them walked into what seems to be his office with Lyka tailing behind him like before.
"The other awakeners of course won't just tell us what skill they got that would be very stupid" Carlyn sat on his chair guiding Racine to took a seat too, "The only reason why i even told you about my skill was because i had nothing left to loose and you, yours was a bit more complicated"
Silence settled between them too only to be broken by Carlyn lowering his head, "I'm sorry I told people about what you could do. its just a bit difficult to explain to others how i could ran again and if i tried to lie and an awakener with truth skill or some sort i be in deep trouble"

Like a light bulb flickering above Racine, He walked large steps towards Lyka and pushed her forward Carlyn, "That's right! The two of us was just traveling around together! If you don't mind i could help around for a bit while we are staying here" He wrote the word, 'Prepare' on Lyka's back as she tried to open her mouth.
Lyka's shadow flickered for a moment.
"Around a week or two?" Racine suggested, "If you don't mind that is?"
Carlyn smiled, "Of course. It would be better if you can stay but I know the feeling of wanting to travel" Like remembering his own old years Carlyn spoke once more, "I guide you two on where you could stay"
"What are you doing?" Lyka whispered at Racine as he let out a sigh of relief, Carlyn leading them somewhere again.
"I Just think it would be safer this way"
"Being a fake couple? Aren't you afraid you might fall in love with me eventually" Lyka winked at Racine only to be given a fished eyed look by Racine.
"Oh" Racine replied.
"At least act like your interested" Lyka rolled her eyes.
"Well, I'm sorry your majesty. I'm just-i don't know-occupied on not dying or worse being locked up again that i didn't have the time and energy to flirt with you?" Racine whispered earning a pinch on his shoulder.
He winced and almost let out a scream at the crab like pincers Lyka had.
"I like you better when your all cautious around me" Lyka whispered before walking ahead of Racine.
Racine watched Lyka's back his face burning up, 'Why is this woman so aggressive?' He slapped both of his chins together, 'Pull yourself together Racine. Are you really that desperate that you might actually like back the first woman who approached you?'
'Also' Racine stopped on his steps and glanced at the view from the hospital window, From the view there Racine could see a group of people talking amongst themselves while carrying some rice sacks and one of them had a trouble some look on his eyes, 'Forming romantic relationships at the state of the world right now?
