After Yue Ming destroyed the Copy and escaped the "Consciousness," the first person he encountered was Ginoko.
Ginoko: "You took a long time... five minutes just to learn one ability. Look at me."
Yue Ming turned toward him, his clothes soaked in blood and tears of blood streaming from his eyes.
Ginoko, trembling with a fear that felt like death itself: "..."
Yue Ming: "Damn you... damn you all."
Ginoko (Terrified): "What is wrong with you? Please, don't hurt me!"
Yue Ming stood up and glared at Ginoko with a gaze so terrifying it made the heart shudder.
Ginoko: "What happened to you?"
He tried to reach out and touch Yue Ming's hand, but in the blink of an eye, Yue Ming severed Ginoko's hand. Ginoko screamed in such agony that it felt as if his eyes would burst: "What have you done?! Why are you doing this?!"
Yue Ming: "Get away from me, you scum."
Ginoko: "How can I help you? Please, don't hurt me!"
Yue Ming: "I am..."
With his boot, he crushed Ginoko's head into the ground.
Ginoko: "What is happening? What kind of hell is this!"
After being treated, Nao returned to check on Yue Ming's training, only to witness a horrific sight: Yue Ming's foot was grinding Ginoko's head into the dirt.
Nao: "What is going on?"
Ginoko (Crying): "Help me, please!"
Nao: "A King is afraid of this unconscious corpse? But why isn't he attacking me?"
Yue Ming: "As much as you tortured me, you shall be tortured double."
Nao: "I suspect that he wants to kill Ginoko because when he copied the power, he entered a battle with it... that is the nature of the 'Greed' ability."
Before Yue Ming could finish Ginoko off, he stopped and instead severed his leg.
Nao: "What is this?"
Yue Ming: "To become stronger, you must torment the weak."
Yue Ming walked out of the kingdom. At the gate, a stranger stopped him.
Stranger: "Hello, I'd like to get to know you. I am Sa—"
The stranger froze, shocked by Yue Ming's ghastly appearance.
Yue Ming: "We shall play a game. If this coin lands on the 'King' side, you die. If it lands on the 'Crown,' you will have a chance to survive."
From sheer tension, the man collapsed and began to crawl away, staring at Yue Ming with eyes full of horror.
Consciousness: "You did all this just to awaken the beast within you."
The coin landed on Yue Ming's hand. He opened it while the stranger trembled.
Stranger (Terrified): "What is it?"
Yue Ming: "I tricked you. Both sides are the 'King'!"
With his bare hand, he ripped the man's head from his body.
Consciousness: "Even though I wanted to bring out the beast inside you... you are still weak."
With a sharp, icy tone, Yue Ming replied: "Shut up."
Consciousness: "I won't shut up. What are you going to do?"
Suddenly, Yue Ming forced his way back into the world of the Consciousness.
Consciousness (Startled): "What?! What is this?"
Yue Ming: "Where are you? Don't worry, I won't kill you."
Consciousness: "What do you want?"
Yue Ming: "Tell me who you are."
Consciousness: "I am the collective consciousness of all previous users of 'Greed'... and you are one of them."
Yue Ming: "What is your role?"
Consciousness: "To bring out the beast within you to activate your absolute power."
Yue Ming: "Then... if I see you again repeating the same words... you will die. I am not joking."
Consciousness: "I know you aren't. Also, you have obtained the 'Devastating Punch' you used against the Copy, the 'Pressure Restraint,' and your own 'Guardian King'."
Yue Ming: "Thanks for the information... now get out of my sight."
Yue Ming headed toward the Fire Kingdom.
Consciousness: "What are you doing? Do you want to walk straight into the middle of your enemies?"
Yue Ming: "I know what I'm doing... Shut up."
He boarded a carriage, paid the driver, and took several days to reach his destination. Upon arrival, he walked through the gates. The soldiers were stunned that he entered without attacking. One soldier approached and placed a hand on him; with lightning speed, Yue Ming killed him instantly.
Soldiers swarmed from all directions to kill him.
Yue Ming: "Blood Threads."
From every direction, countless threads of blood erupted, slaughtering all the soldiers. The gate of the Fire Kingdom became a site of a massacre, with bodies piled and stacked on top of each other in a sea of blood.
Yo: "What is happening here?"
Yue Ming: "Nothing. Just some corpses."
Yo: "This is it! You die now, Yue Ming!"
Yue Ming: "Pressure Restraint."
From the void, a massive cube of terrifying energy emerged, trapping Yo inside. The cube shrank into Yue Ming's hand, and without mercy, he crushed the cube, killing Yo. Everyone was paralyzed with fear, clearing a path for him until he reached the Royal Palace. He sat upon the throne while the King's generals obeyed his orders out of pure terror.
Zai: "What do you want, my lord?!"
Yue Ming: "I do not want to see your face in three seconds, or you die. One... two... three... Blood Threads."
Zai tried to flee, but the threads shredded him into pieces before he could take a step.
General: "The King is absent now. What should we do?"
Suddenly, someone emerged from the shadows, challenging Yue Ming: "Come and kill me!"
Yue Ming: "Who are you?"
Sho: "I am the strongest person after King Ren."
Yue Ming: "Thank you for introducing yourself... How would you like to die?"
Sho drew a magic spear and fired an arrow, but Yue Ming shattered it.
Sho: "Rapid Arrows!"
A barrage of arrows flew forth, but Yue Ming dodged them all, keeping one hand in his pocket.
Yue Ming: "I don't want to kill you yet... Farewell."
He left the Fire Kingdom and wandered through a nearby forest. Heavy rain fell, washing the blood from Yue Ming's clothes as it mixed with the downpour.
Yue Ming: "Consciousness, what happens in the end?"
Consciousness: "What do you mean?"
Yue Ming: "I know you understand what I just said."
Consciousness: "You will eventually absorb me forever."
Yue Ming: "Then let us crush everyone together."
Consciousness: "Let us crush the entire world."
On his way back to stay in one of the kingdoms, he spotted Zetsu walking in disguise. Suddenly, Yue Ming appeared behind him.
In a voice that made the soul shiver: "What are you looking for?"
Zetsu: "You're Yue Ming, aren't you?"
Yue Ming: "Yes."
Zetsu: "Rise!"
Countless shadows emerged, lunging at Yue Ming.
Yue Ming: "Controlled Chains."
Four chains erupted with speed beyond comprehension, obliterating all the shadows.
Zetsu: "I suppose I must face you myself."
Zetsu drew a bow of darkness and fired countless arrows. Yue Ming evaded them all. Zetsu lunged with incredible speed and aimed a kick, but Yue Ming leaned back and dodged it, still keeping his hand in his pocket.
Zetsu (Thinking): He is a monster. I must flee; facing him now is suicide.
Yue Ming: "Devastating Punch."
With a blindingly fast strike, Yue Ming hit Zetsu as he tried to escape. Zetsu managed to flee, but the blow left severe damage on his left arm.
Zetsu: "He has become far too strong!"
Yue Ming continued his trek through the heavy rain. Suddenly, the rain stopped, and the sky became perfectly clear.
Yue Ming: "The weather changes so quickly... much like humans."
Yue Ming turned toward the capital of the Kingdom of Light.
