CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE - BIRTH OF ENVY
(Third's Perspective)
Dark miasma covered the crystal covered walls, and a tall fiery staff stood in the middle, and above it, there was a flower shaped orb floating. Four figures hovered around it, two smaller figures resting on each other as if they were asleep.
There was a crack and the flower lost a petal. The figures stood upright, and one of the smaller figures crawled towards it but got lifted off the ground from his leg.
"Stay back, GREED. You could scare him away." One of the bigger figures reprimanded sternly.
The smaller younger voice, Sin of Greed, sassed back. "You are scaring him away. Shouldn't you also call me Gra--" he was tossed aside when the next petal cracked.
The first bigger figure to the left disappeared and reappeared just in time to catch the younger one before he crashed into a wall.
"Be calm, Grandus. Your younger brother is coming." he had a deep voice yet spoke softly.
