Alex thought for a while.
It still didn't clear his doubts. It seemed he would have to conduct a few experiments on his own.
Just as they were about to discuss further, Arthur's phone started ringing.
Arthur answered immediately since it was his emergency communicator. No one ever used it unless something truly serious had happened.
"Yes?" Arthur asked.
"Vice President, the miasma has disappeared but several humanoid creatures are hovering near the barrier. They have wings, horns, and their skin looks like a crocodile's hide. I am feeling fear just by looking at them," a saint from the border army barracks said in a trembling voice.
"Alright. We will be there," Arthur replied with a nod.
Everyone in the room heard the conversation clearly.
Julius glanced at Adam and Adam gave a firm nod in return.
A portal materialized inside the room.
"Let's go. We'll see it with our own eyes."
Soon, one by one, everyone stepped through the portal, including Alex.
